Hi guys, Ihave starsat 1000hd WITH S/W 1.35 almost watch the scrambled channels in NILSTA, HOTBIRD and BADR.
Where I cane found 1.51 and u talking about F1 i dont find it in my remote controle.
what`s new in S/W1.51 OR 1.57, give a link for downloding please.

the new version just make the remote control faster.if your remote doesn't have f1 you can use rewind key.

Hello, Yesterday I upgraded to version 1.57 from starcomsw hoping that It will fix the remote control lag bug so i can switch between channels and menus faster but nothing happened still buggy and laggy remote! Do i have to reset to factory default settings for the new firmware to take effect or what? Why it is still buggy? Previous version was 1.4x cant remember. Sot tge RCU lags slow what to do? Thanks

first you should install version 1.43 after installing it you should reset factory your receiver, then install version 1.51 and again reset factory it,then every thing should be work good and the remote control should work faster.I suggest you don't use version 1.57 because i heard people had problem with that version.

Before I upgraded to 1.57 I already had 1.43 and it was factory resetted.

Now I have upgraded to 1.57 (too late) and I did not factory reset the unit. Does factory reset really makes the difference?

And will I loose every channel in the FAV when I do the factory reset?

usually after reset factory the new software would work properly, for your channel list and favorites, yes you would lost all of them.
